Central Electronics Limited is a Govt. of India Enterprise under the Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR), Ministry of Science & Technology. It was established in 1974 with the objective of commercially exploiting the indigenous technologies developed by National Laboratories and R&D Institutions in the country.

CEL has developed a number of products for the first time in the country through its own R&D efforts and in close association with the premier National & International Laboratories including Defence Laboratories.

About the Opportunity

Central Electronics Limited invites applications from Indian nationals with matching skills, experience and endurance for the post of Company Secretary to be posted at Ghaziabad.

The incumbent will be engaged initially for a period of two years. On completion of two years tenure, he/she may be placed on a pay scale basis of E-1 Grade on a contract basis on the performance basis and requirement of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities

The post carries the duties and responsibilities:

• Overall In-charge of all Secretarial functions of the Company.
• Has to run the secretarial department dealing with board matters, company law affairs, and industrial legislation.

Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate should be a Graduate with an Associate Company Secretaryship from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
• Preference will be given to candidates having a degree in Law.

Salary

The selected candidates will be paid Rs.40,000/- in 1st Year and Rs.45,000/- in 2nd Year.
