About the organization

UBR legal Advocates is a boutique law firm with specialization in niche areas of Taxation laws (including both litigation and advisory) such as Direct and Indirect Taxation (GST, Customs, Excise, Service Tax, and VAT). The firm, inter alia, provides other legal services as well in the areas such as Commercial laws, Arbitration and Contractual Laws. The firm has represented before various forums such as High Courts, Tribunals, adjudicating authorities, etc. all over India.

Job description

We are looking for full time Associate(s) who are keen to practice in taxation and related laws. The Associate will have the opportunity to handle litigation and advisory matters. The Associate would entail different aspects of litigation practice and will also be responsible for research, drafting and case preparations. We are looking for a person who is willing to work in a dynamic environment.

Eligibility

Must be enrolled with any State Bar Council. Fresher can also apply. Chartered Accountants/Chartered Secretary can also apply.

Salary

As per industry standards.
