About the Opportunity

Lex Arjava LLP, a full-service law firm, is expanding its Mumbai office and invites applications from experienced legal professionals for the following positions:

• Associate – Litigation
• Senior Associate – Litigation

Roles and Responsibilities

Associate – Litigation:

• Scope of Work: Section 138, Execution Petitions, Arbitrations, Commercial Suits, Civil Recoveries, Summary Suits, Criminal Complaints, Tribunals, and related procedural formalities
• Role: Providing focused litigation support with detailed case handling and analysis

Senior Associate – Litigation:

• Scope of Work: Arbitration, Consumer Cases, Cheque Bounce Cases, Writs, Civil Recovery Matters, Summary Suits, Real Estate Matters, Criminal Matters
• Role: Leading litigation matters with extensive responsibility for case strategy, execution, and client advisory

Eligibility Criteria

• Associate – Litigation: 0 to 2 years PQE
• Senior Associate – Litigation: Minimum 5 years PQE
