About the Opportunity

Office of Advocate Deepank Singhal is inviting applications for the position of Associate (0–1 year PQE) for a secondment role at their Client’s office in Mahipalpur, New Delhi.

The Client is a fast-expanding Hotel Group, offering dynamic and practical exposure to the hotel and hospitality industry.

If you are looking for meaningful exposure, client-side experience, and an opportunity to work at the intersection of hospitality and law, this role is for you.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing key commercial agreements, including:
• Hotel Management Contracts
• Lease Agreements
• Vendor Agreements
• Joint Venture Agreements
• Negotiating with hotel owners, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Ensuring regulatory compliances for hotel operations
• Assisting our office on matters relating to:
  • Intellectual Property
  • Dispute Resolution
  • Entertainment and Media Law

Eligibility Criteria

• 0–1 year PQE
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
• Commercially aware and detail-oriented
• Keen interest in tracking developments and trends in the hotel and hospitality industry
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, business-driven environment
