About ADR HOC

ADR Hoc is established under the aegis Knowledge Steez EduHUB (LLP AAM 8357) in order to propagate the research and development in the area. As the name suggests, it is an organization formed for the promotion of Alternate Dispute Resolution in India. We are well aware that the Indian judiciary is overburdened with cases and people have started looking for alternatives to resolve their disputes. This is where ADR plays an important role. It has become imminent that Dispute Resolution has to be facilitated by dialogue with long-term focus by way of good communication platform and acceptable dispute resolution mechanisms adopting global standards.

ADR is an extensive field having a variety of alternatives for individuals willing to resolve their disputes to choose from, ranging from arbitration, mediation, conciliation, negotiation, etc. It is becoming a widely accepted mode of dispute resolution. ADR is an extremely wide field and there a quite a lot of undiscovered arenas.

The organization aims to create awareness regarding the field amongst people. Facilitate extensive research and explore possible career options in the field of ADR. We regularly conduct national/international webinars, conferences, and panel discussions with eminent industry experts. Apart from that, we also conduct various competitions, invite applications for internships, certificate courses, etc. We aim to be a one-stop avenue for all ADR aspirants.

We are pioneers in conducting educational workshops, training and collaborating with leading industry professionals.

About the Team Memberships

We are inviting applications for students who would be interested in being a part of this journey. Membership opportunities are open to law students pursuing either UG/PG courses, interested in assisting the organization in furthering its objective by researching, assisting in organizing training programs & competitions.

Members will find themselves as part of a premier network of legal professionals from around the world. They will gain precious exposure to cutting-edge knowledge & skills in ADR & arbitration.

Additionally, all members (subject to their performance) will get chances of doing free courses, trainings and participating in various global opportunities. Other benefits include publication of well researched articles on our official website, letter of recommendation (subject to performance) & certificate of appreciation at the end of tenure.

Departments

Research & Development Team: This team takes care of all the research needs of the organization in the domain of ADR for publishing articles, providing assistance to arbitrators & ADR professionals and are required to conduct research for developments in this field under the tutelage of seniors.
Content Creation Team: This team has to do research & content creation or our workshops, training programs etc.
Graphics & Design Team: This team handles the entire graphic & design needs of the organization which involves creating content for social media posts, events, etc.
Marketing & PR Team: This team is required to market about the organization, promote events organized and grow network as well as reach.
Publication Team: This team is required to take charge of newsletters & bulletins published by ADR HOC.

Our recruitment process involves two stages-
