About Litigation Simulation

Litigation Simulation makes students “live and participates” in the proceedings & students live the life of a Lawyer in a simulation and participate in the proceedings and learn how to proceed in such a criminal case, following the whole procedure from pre-trial stage to the Supreme Court via the drafting of various legal documents and applications involved in the procedure of going from Pre-Trial Stage to Appellate Stage.

What Team Members are expected to do

Expected to be well versed with CrPC so as to convey the same to students. One having real-time experience of handling a case in the Judicial System along with the drafting of legal documents required therein.

Eligibility of Team Members

Fourth Year Law Students with relevant skills and interest in Criminal Law having a good command over CrPC, and Evidence Act.
