About the Opportunity

Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Legal Intern( 3 months) to join the APAC team in Singapore. The role will be responsible to manage all legal administrative matters for APAC under the guidance of the APAC Legal Counsel and assist APAC Legal Counsel with general corporate matters.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage various administrative works
• Review and draft contracts and agreements
• Support general corporate works
• Billing and legal fee management for APAC
• Corporate secretarial support ( arranging legalization, signing, and stamping)
• Market research on legal matters in APAC
• Support compliance matters in APAC

• Self-motivated and dynamic.
• Willing to take on multiple legal challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with strong legal acumen and a sense of professional integrity.
• Great with interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
