About the Organisation and Internship:

Anant Merathia & Associates, Chennai invites applications for internships (4 positions) from 4th and final years law students for internships at a young law office at Chennai into corporate, commercial law and specialized practice on Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 looking to strengthen their National Company Law Tribunals apart from High Court/Civil Courts/Tribunals.Qualification: 4th and Final Year students.

Location: Chennai

Internship Description:

1. Internship in March/April 2019 to assist in research on legal propositions under Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016, Companies Act 2013 and other corporate, commercial & civil laws, jurisprudence – 2 positions.

2. Internship from April 2019 for 2-3 months (long term – 3 months +) for an academic assignment on Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 – 2 positions.

Striped:

Subject to discussions (usual 3.5k per month).
