Eligibility Criteria

• Preference will be given to those who have cleared all the groups of the Professional Program of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
• Shows initiative, enthusiasm to learn from upcoming opportunities, and an inclination for international laws and drive to become a future employee at factum legal.
• Must have fluency in spoken and written English with an outgoing personality to learn beyond laws;
• Commitment to the firm’s quality of work with a mindset of time discipline.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Roles and Responsibilities

The candidates should assist in completing regulatory and statutory obligations concerning Merger & Amalgamation, Corporate Restructuring, Legal Due Diligence, Commercial Agreements, Insolvency, Bankruptcy, Inbound & Outbound Investment Transactions, etc.
