The OYO-Unilever partnership is launched under the initiative of ‘Sanitized Stays’ which will lay its grounds first in India and eventually expand to Indonesia, Vietnam, the U.S, LATAM, and Europe. The tags of Unilever products on the booking pages will be its suitable reflection.

This partnership will not only provide the products of the global consumer good brand, Unilever but also establish a Research and Development team to fix a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to adequately battle the pandemic. Selective outlets will be equipped with cleaning products of brands like Lifebuoy, Domex, and Cif on the one hand and guests’ kits on the other to tighten the grip on the virus. Also, this will mean that the staff will be thoroughly educated to maintain the environs using a minimal touch service.

Other measures will include special care in areas such as the common room where the risk of contamination is at the highest. The guests will be advised to dine in their rooms while keeping a restricted use of the housekeeping staff. Moreover, the safety gear of the on-ground employees will be standardized.
