Shri Janki Ballabh (1928-2022) was a renowned Sinologist and translator. He moved to China in 1956. He was well known for his works translating Chinese Literature into Hindi. He was recognised with peace and Friendship Award in 1961 by Chinese Premier Zohu Enlai for his contribution to cultural exchange between China and India. He also helped Chinese translators translate Raman and Mahabha Mandarin.
Even after his retirement he continued his zeal for cu 2/5 society and he translated Chinese President Xi Jinping’s boon, Governance of China. Part I and II into Hindi. His life was a perfect example of how exchange of culture and literature can play a pivotal role in establishing better relationship among Nations.
He was a true Socialist and Secular who devoted his entire life in establishing a harmonious understanding of the deep cultural and social aspect of China and India.
Vidhi Vaarta is a forum, was founded with the aim to spread awareness and knowledge through seminars, conferences, etc. regarding legal rights, duties, government schemes, etc. This organization was constituted by Dr. Soumi Chatterjee (Founder/Director), Mr. Mohammad Raashid Ali (Co- Founder), Mr. Mohammad Taasir Ali (Co-Founder) and Mr. Divyanshu Nautiyal (Co-Founder).

This organization was constituted by Mr. Divyanshu Nautiyal (President), Mr. Raashid Ali (Vice-President), and Mr. Taasir Ali (Secretary).
Law literature and culture are deeply interwoven with each other and have their own deep influence on human life. The interaction of law and literature upon culture and vice versa has always been instrumental in bringing positive changes and revolutionizing society.
The combination of these three has always shaped up our society. Through this Essay competition we will try to bring to the fore and delve upon few aspects of these three core Pillars of evolution of human race.
