About the Speaker
Advocate Geetika Jain, a Notary Public with the Government of India, has over 12 years of distinguished experience at the High Courts of Bombay and Goa. A Gold Medalist in Law and a Silver Medalist in her postgraduate studies, she is currently a Research Scholar pursuing her Ph.D. at Banasthali Vidyapith.
Ms. Jain has worked with Tier 1 law firms, represented the Government of Maharashtra in landmark cases, and currently serves as a Senior Legal Analyst with the Government of Andhra Pradesh under the Ministry of Finance. Her expertise spans government policy, litigation, finance, and criminal and civil law.
An accomplished writer, columnist for Times of India, and visiting faculty at law colleges in Mumbai, she also mentors students and is a sought-after speaker at legal conferences. Beyond her legal career, she is a Guinness Group Record holder and an avid trekker who has represented India in international expeditions.
