Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas welcomes Siddharth Hariani as a Partner in its Corporate Practice

Mr. Siddharth Hariani has joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in its Corporate Practice with a special focus in Real Estate sector. He will be based in Mumbai. 

Siddharth has over 18 years of experience in advising corporates, funds / investors in the real estate sector and real estate developers. He focuses on general corporate, mergers & acquisitions and investment in the real estate sector.

He will be a great addition to our Corporate Practice.” Siddharth is a graduate from Government Law College, Mumbai in 2004 and consistently ranked by Chambers and Partners for over 8 years.
