1st NLIU–R.K. Dewan & Co. Paper Presentation Conference on Contemporary Issues in Intellectual Property Law

The Conference will be held on 7th–8th March 2026 at NLIU, Bhopal. It aims to serve as a national academic forum to deliberate upon emerging and contemporary issues in intellectual property law in light of technological advancements, innovation-driven markets, and evolving regulatory frameworks.

The Conference will feature offline paper presentation sessions at NLIU, Bhopal.

Additionally, the Top 75 manuscripts received shall be selected for presentation at the Conference. All selected and presented papers will be considered for publication in an edited book bearing an ISBN number.

Eligibility

The Conference is open to:

• Undergraduate students
• Postgraduate students
• Research scholars
• Academicians
• Legal professionals

Submissions may be made by a single author or jointly by a maximum of two authors.

Theme

Contemporary Issues in Intellectual Property Law

(Submissions addressing any contemporary or emerging issue within the broader scope of intellectual property law are welcome.)

• Deadline for Submission of Full Manuscript: 3rd March 2026

• Conference Dates: 7th–8th March 2026

• Registration Fee: ₹6,000/- per paper

The registration fee is to be paid at the time of manuscript submission.

• Runner-Up: INR 17,000 + Internship Opportunity at R.K. Dewan & Co.
