District Legal Services Authority, Udhampur, under the guidance of its Chairman, Haq Nawaz Zargar and under overall supervision of Secretary, Ajay Kumar today organized an awareness programme on NALSA (Legal Services to the Workers in the Unorganised Sector) Scheme, 2015 in coordination with Labour Department Udhampur, here at Salathia Chowk .
The aim of the programme was to generate awareness about the Labour issues and educate the masses especially unorganized workers about the various provisions of the scheme. The resource person enlightened the workers of the unorganized sector regarding the benefits of the NALSA Scheme.
The Resource person of the Programme was Panel Lawyer Adv. Sanjeev Bavouria and assisted by PLV's Rajinder Kumar and Brahmna Nand. Later, the Resource Person thanked the Staff from the Labour Department present in the program and all the participants for the smooth conduct of the Awareness Programme.
