August 31st, 2018 :Mortgage lender HDFC has acquired over 25% stake in Goldman Sachs-backed student housing company, Good Host Spaces, for Rs. 69.5 crore.
HDFC is acquiring the shares from Manipal Integrated Services Pvt Ltd. Argus Partners advised HDFC and the team included Managing Partner Krishnava Dutt, Partner Adity Chaudhury, Riya Dutta, Deeya Ray, Ashish Patel and Kshitija Naik.
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised Goldman Sachs and Good Host.
