The Central Government of India has notified the transfer of 16 Juges from one High To other High Court which which were recommended by the Supreme Court Collegium.
The Law Minister shared the information via his twitter handle that In exercise of the power conferred by the Constitution of India, the President of India, after consultation with Chief Justice of India, is pleased to transfer the following High Court Judges:-
- Justice SP Kesarwani from Allahabad High Court to Calcutta High Court
- Justice Raj Mohan Singh from Punjab and Haryana High Court to Madhya Pradesh High Court
- Justice Narendar G from Karnataka High Court to Andhra Pradesh High Court
- Justice Sudhir Singh from Patna High Court to Punjab and Haryana High Court
- Justice MV Muralidaran from Manipur High Court to Calcutta High Court
- Justice Madhuresh Prasad from Patna High Court to Calcutta High Court
- Justice Arvind Singh Sangwan from Punjab and Haryana High Court to Allahabad High Court
- Justice Avneesh Jhingan from Punjab and Haryana High Court to Rajasthan High Court
- Justice Arun Monga from Punjab and Haryana High Court to Rajasthan High Court
- Justice Rajendra Kumar-IV from Allahabad High Court to Madhya Pradesh High Court
- Justice Nani Tagia from Gauhati High Court to Patna High Court
- Justice C Manavedranath Roy from Andhra Pradesh High Court to Gujarat High Court
