The Central Government of India has notified the transfer of Justice Shree Chandrashekhar, Judge, Jharkhand High Court, as Judge of Rajasthan High Court.
The notification issued by the Ministry of Law and Justice has notified that “In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 222 of the Constitution of India, the President, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India, is pleased to transfer Shri Justice Shree Chandrashekhar, Judge of the High Court of Jharkhand, to be a Judge of the Rajasthan High Court and to direct him to assume charge of his office in the Rajasthan High Court..”
