The Telangana High Court has extended the interim order passed by the Court till 31st July, 2021.

The notification states that “The Hon'ble Full Bench in its order dated 28.06.2021 has extended the order dated 30.4.2021 passed in Suo Motu W.P.Urgent No.3 of 2021 till 16.07.2021. Now, it is to inform that the Hon'ble Full Bench in its order dated 15.07.2021 has extended the order dated 30.4.2021 and 28.6.2021 passed in Suo Motu W.P.Urgent No.3 of 2021 till 31.07.2021.”

The Court had earlier extended the validity of interim orders till 15th July as the Court had received a letter from the Chairman, Bar Council of the State of Telangana, requesting for extension of interim Orders passed by the Hon'ble High Court, District and Other Subordinate Courts in view or difficulties being faced by the Advocates.

On April 30, the Full Bench of Chief Justice Hima Kohli, Justice M.S. Ramachandra Rao and Justice Rajashekhar Reddy took this decision after perusing an appeal made by the Telangana State Bar Council Chairman highlighting the difficulties being faced by the Advocates in attending the courts and getting an extension of the interim orders operating in favour of their clients.

The High Court has listed the matter on 30.07.2021 for next hearing.
