The Supreme Court Collegium in its meeting held on 16th September, 2021 has recommended transfer of the five Chief Justices of various High Courts.
The names of the Judges are as follows:
1. A.A. Kureshi [PHC: Gujarat] –– Tripura to Rajasthan
2. Indrajit Mahanty [PHC: Orissa] –– Rajasthan to Tripura
3. Mohammad Rafiq [PHC: Rajasthan] –– Madhya Pradesh to Himachal Pradesh
4. Biswanath Somadder [PHC: Calcutta] –– Meghalaya to Sikkim
5. A.K. Goswami [PHC: Gauhati] –– Andhra Pradesh to Chhattisgarh
