The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended Justice Arun Palli of Punjab and Haryana High Court be appointed as the Chief Justice of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court.
The recommendation was made following a meeting of the Collegium on April 04. The decision has been taken as the J&K and Ladakh High Court Chief Justice, Justice Tashi Rabistan, retires on April 09, 2025.
