Supreme Court of India notifies names of the Vacation officers for the months of July, August and September 2021.
The Circular states that any advocate seeking relief in urgent matters, either on court holidays or after court hours, shall first approach a senior officer of the Registry specially deputed for the said purpose, i.e. the Vacation Officer, who after screening the papers, shall seek directions from the Competent Authority and thereafter inform the advocate concerned about the directions.
The names of the Vacation officers are as follows:
- Mr. P.D.Balodi , Deputy Registrar – July 2021
- Mr. Vinod Kulvi, Deputy Registrar – August 2021
- Mr. O.P. Nagpal, Additional Registrar – September
