SNG & Partners advised Stirrup Communication Consultants Private Limited (Stirrup), India’s largest stakeholder communications consultancy company specializing in ESG communications and corporate reporting, and promoters of Stirrup, in relation to acquisition of strategic stake in Stirrup by Singapore headquartered Xcelerate Pte. Ltd (Xcelerate). Xcelerate is an integrated governance, risk management compliance and ESG investing platform and is supported highly reputed private equity funds like Federated Hermes, Altair Capital and Exacta Capital Partners. This marks India’s first control transaction in ESG space.
SNG & Partners played key role in drafting, negotiating and finalizing the investment documents and comprehensively advising the existing promoters and Stirrup on the legal aspects of the transaction.
