MMLPs are relatively new concepts under PM Modi’s Bharatmala’s Pariyojana and aimed to bolster connectivity in India and be a major fulcrum to India’s economic growth. The Indore MMLP is the 3rd of such MMLPs, and this sub-license is the first of its kind.

The transaction team was led by VR Neelakantan, Partner; Samridha Neupane, Partner; Charu Mehrish, Principal Associate; Lipsa Acharyya, Senior Associate; and Siddharth Jain, Associate.
