The Supreme Court Collegium in its meeting held on 8 th October, 2021 has, on reconsideration, resolved to reiterate its earlier recommendations for elevation of Shri Sakya Sen, Advocate as Judge in the Calcutta High Court.
Shri Sakya Sen is the son of Shyamal Sen, former chief justice of Allahabad High Court, Sen has been recommended by the court for elevation twice in the past.
