The President of India appointed Shri Rajnish Kumar Gaind as Senior Panel Counsel for conducting Central Government litigation (except cases of Railways and Taxation) before the High Court of Delhi.
The notification issued by the Ministry of Law and Justice notifies that “The President is pleased to engage Shri Rajnish Kumar Gaind, Advocate as Senior Panel Counsel for conducting Central Government litigation (except cases of Railways and Taxation) before the High Court of Delhi, as mentioned below, for a period of three years with effect from the date of this order or until further orders.”
The engagement and professional fee of the aforesaid advocate will be governed by the terms and conditions contained in this Department's O.M. No. 24(2)11999-Judl. dated 24.09.1999 read with OM No.26(1)12014/Judl. dated 01.10.2015
