The High Court of Rajasthan has organized second National Lok Adalat on 14 May 2022 to promote amicable settlement of disputes.
This is the Second National Lok Adalat of the year 2022 which is scheduled to be organized on 14-05-2022 (Second Saturday) at Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court at Jodhpur.
The Notification issued by the High Court has notified that “It is notified lor information to all concerned that as per the guidelines of NALSA and RSLSA, Second National Lok Adalat of the year 2022 is scheduled to be organized on l4-05-2022 (Second Saturday) at Hon'ble Rajasthan High Court at Jodhpur.”
The list of such cases which is to be taken up are as follows:
- Section 138 N.I. Act ,
- Criminal Compoundable Cases,
- Bank Recovery Matters,
- Motor Accident Claim Cases,
- Family™ Dispute Matters (Except Divorce),
- Labour and Employment Dispute Matters, Land Acquisition Matters,
- Electricity & Water Bills (Excluding Non-Compoundable Cases),
- Service Matters relating to Wages,
- Allowances and Pension Allowances, Revenue Matters,
- Other Civil Matters (Rent, Pre - Emption, Injunction Suits and Suits relating for Specific Performance) etc.
If any party/advocate(s) are interested in placing his or her matter of above mentioned categories of cases, in the aforesaid National Lok Adalat then he/she may immediately apply with the complete details of the case(s) to the office of the undersigned.
