The High Court of Rajasthan has organized National Lok Adalat on 12 March 2022 to promote amicable settlement of disputes.
This is the First National Lok Adalat of the year 2022 which is scheduled to be organized on 12-03-2022 (Second Saturday) at Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court at Jodhpur.
The Notification issued by the High Court has notified that “All learned Advocates and concerned parties are requested to furnish/submit the list of compoundable nature of pending cases like Civil First Appeal, Civil Second Appeal. Criminal Revision, Petition under section 482 Cr.P.C, Matrimonial Cases. MAC Cases, Civil Writs. Civil Contempt Petitions etc. in which there exists some element of settlement; to this office well in advance. so that such cases may be taken up for Pre-counseling and referred to the National Lok Adalat on 12-03-2022.”
It is further informed that cause list of cases being taken up in Pre-counselling is being uploaded on the website of RSLSA (httpliwww.rlsa.gov.inTNI,A Causelist.html) and may also be viewed on the website of Honlile Rajasthan High Court (https://hcrai.nic.in/hcraj).
