ANM Global, a full-service law firm with a pan-India presence and headquartered in Mumbai, has announced the promotion of Shikha Goenka Ginodia as Equity Partner. Following the promotion of Rahul Dhote as Equity Partner in 2025, Shikha has become the fourth Equity Partner at the firm, joining Founder Nidhish Mehrotra and Equity Partners Anushree Rauta, besides Rahul Dhote.

Shikha, an alumnus of the University of Mumbai, brings over 18 years of experience in disputes, restructuring, and insolvency. Having worked both at law firms and corporate legal departments during her professional journey, litigation strategy with commercial and regulatory insight, particularly in high-value, multi-stakeholder proceedings. She is also a non-practising Company Secretary with additional qualifications in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws.

Nidhish Mehrotra, Managing Partner, congratulated Shikha on the promotion and stated, "Shikha’s elevation to Equity Partner is both a recognition of her outstanding journey with the firm and a reflection of the direction in which we are building our disputes and restructuring practice. Shikha Goenka Ginodia, the newly promoted Equity Partner, also shared her views, stating, "Over the years, my work across disputes, restructuring, and insolvency has shown me how closely interconnected these practices are. This announcement follows a series of strategic developments at the firm over the last year. In August 2025, the firm and Scriboard launched ‘ANM Scriboard’, a specialised joint venture focused on digital laws. In October 2025, the Firm announced the appointment of Shaili Bhat as Director of Strategy and Client Relations. This was followed by onboarding two partners from K&S, including Mumbai office head Varunraj Limaye, and Dr Venkatesh Seshan, to deepen the firm’s patents and designs practice.
