The automated e-mail facility was launched by Orissa High Court for expeditious dissemination of case information, such as orders and judgments, to the stakeholders in State Government. Digital copies of such orders and judgments are automatically emailed to the e-mail ID of the concerned official of the State Government as soon as such order/judgment is available. To smoothly send e-mail messages, organization or department names are tagged during case filing and master file of all Government departments is maintained in CIS.

The facility was launched by the Chairperson of e-Committee on 1 November 2021 in virtual mode. Since its launch, a total of 3569 automated e-mail messages have been sent to a large number of Nodal officers of the State Government spontaneously sharing relevant orders of the Court for timely compliance.
