The President of India has assented to the appointment of one judicial officer as permanent judge to Delhi High Court.
The notification issued by the Law Ministry notifies that “In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Vimal Kumar Yadav to be a Judge of the Delhi High Court with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.”
