The Central Government of India has assented to the appointment of one advocate as additional judge of Allahabad High Court.
The notification issued by Law Ministry has notified that “In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Praveen Kumar Gin, to be a Judge of the Allahabad High Court with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.”
