The National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi (Principal Bench) has been reconstituted and shall conduct proceeding through Video Conference on 19.09.2022.
The notification issued by the Tribunal has notified that "It is hereby notified for kind attention of all the concerned that Principal Bench (Court No 1) shall be conducted through Video Conference on 19.09.2022."
About NCLT
The Central Government has constituted National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) under section 408 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) w.e.f. 01st June 2016. In the first phase the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has set up eleven Benches.
