The Vacation Bench of Delhi High Court sat for late night hearing second time in this week.
The vacation benches of the Delhi High Court on Wednesday comprising of Justice Anup Jairam Bhambhani and Justice Jasmeet Singh held virtual court proceedings simultaneously till 09:40 PM in the night for the second time .
Justice Anup Jairam Bhambani sat beyond 10 PM, while Justice Jasmeet Singh rose shortly before that at around 9:40 PM.
The Delhi High Court is currently on a summer break and the two judges are part of the vacation bench.
Both Justices Bhambhani and Singh started the day together on a Division Bench at 10:30 AM. The Division Bench sat till 3 PM, following which they both sat separately to hear single-bench matters.
These matters continued from 3 PM to 9:45 PM for Justice Jasmeet Singh and from 3 PM to 10:09 PM for Justice Jairam Bhambhani.
Regular court hours on normal working days start at 10.30 am and go on till 5.00 pm. The Delhi High Court is on summer vacation from June 5 to July 2, 2021.
