The Karnataka High Court has notified the modified sitting days of the Court in lieu of loss of sitting days during the year 2020 due to COVID-19 pandemic.
The notification issued by the High Court has notified that,
“SATURDAYS mentioned at Column No.3 of the table below are declared as SITTING DAYS for the Principal Bench of the High Court of Karnataka at Bengaluru and Benches at Dharwad and Kalaburagi, instead of the SITTING DAYS mentioned at Column No.2 which were earlier declared as sitting days in lieu of loss of sitting days during the year 2020 due to COVID-19 pandemic.”
