The Central Government of India has assented for the appointment of Shri Justice Kurubarahalli Venkataramareddy Aravind, additional judge as permanent judge of the Karnataka High Court.
The notification issued by the Law Ministry notifies that “In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Justice Kurubarahalli Venkataramareddy Aravind, Additional Judge of the Karnataka High Court, to be a Judge of thatHigh Court with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.”
