On Tuesday, the Delhi High Court, Judge VIBHU BAKHRU has recalled the dismissal order as after hearing the arguments, a message has been received by the Learned Counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, stating that he had not completed his arguments and he would like to argue his application.

The hearing was held via video-conferencing.
