The High Court of Gujarat has decided to resume physical hearing in the Court premises from February 14. The Chief Justice of Gujarat High Court has instructed to revised the SOP after considering the current statistics of case’s of Covid-19 in the State of Gujarat in consultation with the Monitoring Committees for High Court and District Judiciary in the State
The Registrar General of the High Court has passed the following directions with respect to commencement of physical hearing in the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat & District Judiciary of the State as under:
1. The Hon'ble High Cou1i of Gujarat will commence physical hearing w.e.f. 21/02/2022.
2. The District Courts will commence physical hearing w.e.f. 14/02/2022 subject to the existing Standard Operating Procedure.
3. All the District Courts will commence regular physical hearing w.e.f. 21/02/2022.
