The High Court of Gujarat has implemented online eCourt Fees platform on pilot basis initially for cases filed in the High Court of Gujarat.
The Ld. Advocate / Party shall get, upon successful online payment, an eCourt Fee receipt in PDF, which shall have to be submitted to the Registry as eCourt Fee instrument in the case. The Registry of the High Court will verify the same and update it as locked/consumed for the particular case as Court Fee paid on behalf of the particular party.

This is also to add that, in due course of time, the access to online eCourt Fee will be implemented for District Court cases as well.
