In view of the recent surge in Covid-19 cases in the national capital, the Delhi High Court has asked Lawyers as well as Court staff to wear face masks at all times and avoid gatherings in the court premises.
It has asked everyone to adhere to Covid prevention protocol and maintain due distance while masking up.
"All the Registrars/OSDs/Co-ordinator, DIAC/Joint Registrars (Judicial)/Private Secretaries to Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Hon'ble Judges are hereby requested to ensure that the directions issued from time to time to contain the spread of Covid-19 virus are strictly followed by Officers/officials under their control," the circular to this regard reads.
