On Tuesday, the Delhi High Court has dispensed physical filing of documents/notices/summons/daks in the Court till further order in view to contain Coronavirus spread and on the line of guidelines issued by the Top Court in Notice dated 3rd June, 2020.
The Court has asked for submission via e-mail/fax/whatsapp.
The process of electronic mode of submission shall continued to be done by the Despatch Branch/ Process Serving Agency. in coordination with the respective judicial branch and IT Branch from their seats only as per the Supreme Court guidelines.
The physical filing can be resumed upon restoration of Normalcy.
