CLAT Consortium has constituted Grievance Redressal Committee for the students who are not satisfied by the recommendation of Oversight Committee.
The notification issued by the CLAT Consortium notifies that “In accordance with Para 7.3.15 of the Bye-Laws of the Consortium of National Law Universities and the Resolution of the Executive Committee of the Consortium dated 27th July, 2021, the Grievance Redressal Committee to redress the grievances about the CLAT 2021 is hereby constituted.”
The Members of the Grievance Redressal Committee are:
1. Shri Justice Rajendra Babu, Former Chief Justice of India Chairman
2. Prof. Srikrishna Deva Rao Member Vice-Chancellor, NLU Delhi
3. Prof. Balraj Chauhan Member Former Vice-Chancellor, RMNLU, NLIU and MPDNLU
4. Prof. Ravi Kumar Member Former Professor, IIM, Bangalore
5. Prof. Faizan Mustafa Convenor VC, NALSAR and President, Consortium of NLUs
