CLAT 2021 is going to be held on April 23. It is scheduled via offline mode. In the wake of Covid Pandemic, the Clat Consortium has issued new guidelines for the candidates appearing for CLAT exam. The instructions are as follows:

  1. CLAT-2021 examination will be held on 23-07-2021 at 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. The duration of the test is for two hours.
  2.  The candidates are expected to reach the Centre 1 hour before the start of the examination. No candidate shall be allowed to enter the test Centre after 15 minutes of the commencement of the examination.
  3.  Candidates are allowed to carry to the Examination Hall the following items only: 1. Blue/Black Ball Pen 2. Admit Card 3. Any Original Photo I.D. Proof issued by the Government. 4. Transparent water bottle. 5. Own mask, gloves and personal hand sanitizer. 6. Self-Health Declaration 7. Disability Certificate for PWD candidates
  4.   The candidates are NOT permitted to carry any electronic/ communication devices such as mobile phones, any kind of watches, calculator, headphones, etc. The staff on duty at the test centre shall not be responsible for any loss of property/gadgets of the candidates.
  5.  No clarifications shall be sought from anybody while the Test is going on.
  6.   Any candidate who is found either copying or receiving or giving assistance will be disqualified and it will be treated as malpractice and necessary action will be taken. Possession and use of incriminating material for the purpose of the test amounts to malpractice.
  7.  The question paper shall consist of 150 questions for UG and 120 questions for PG candidates. There will be a Negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.
  8.   Any candidate who has been tested COVID-19 positive recently and are under medical surveillance or in isolation will not be permitted to take the CLAT-2021 examination scheduled on July 23, 2021.
  9.  Candidates shall arrange for their own face mask/ shield, sanitizer etc… and take necessary precautions at all time in the Test Hall/ Classroom.
