The Himachal Pradesh High Court has notified 81.25% Case Clearance Rate (CCR) in the month of September 2022 during virtual hearing in trial courts.
In the month of September 2022, the High Court of Himachal Pradesh had instituted 4507 cases and the total no. of cases disposed was 3662. The total percentage of Case Clearance Ratio was 81.25%.
CCR calculation is done on the basis of the number of cases disposed of expressed as a percentage of the number of cases instituted in a given year.

The Himachal Pradesh attained the Statehood in the year, 1971, and established its own High Court with Headquarters at “Revenswood”, Shimla, having one Hon'ble the Chief Justice and two Hon'ble Judges.
