The Himachal Pradesh High Court has notified 96.23% Case Clearance Rate (CCR) in the month of May 2023.
In the month of May 2023, the High Court of Himachal Pradesh had instituted 4697 cases and the total no. of cases disposed were 4520. The total percentage of Case Clearance Ratio was 96.23%.
CCR calculation is done on the basis of the number of cases disposed of expressed as a percentage of the number of cases instituted in a given year.

The Himachal Pradesh attained the Statehood in the year, 1971, and established its own High Court with Headquarters at “Revenswood”, Shimla, having one Hon'ble the Chief Justice and two Hon'ble Judges.
