The Three Judges Bench of the Delhi High Court, comprising Justice Mr. Vipin Sanghi, Justice Rekha Palli and Justice Talwant Singh has further extended the validity of Interim Orders till October 22, 2021 (Suo Motu v. State of Delhi)
The Bench held that “We clarify that the interim order granted by us on 20.04.2021 stands extended till 22.10.2021.”
The Bench observed that bail orders shall continue and remain in force till further orders in relation to extension of interim bail/ stay, as passed by this Court.
The Bench has extended the life of all interim orders pending before all its benches and the subordinate courts in the national capital, in view of the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
