The High Court of Bombay has notified the dates of National Lok Adalats which will be organized in the year 2022.
The notification issued by the High Court has notified that as per directions of National Legal Services Authority, New Delhi and Hon'ble Shri Justice A.A. Sayed, Executive Chairman, Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority, Mumbai, following schedule is approved for organizing National Lok Adalats during the year 2U22.
1st National Lok Adalat - 12/03/2022
2nd National Lok Adalat - 07/05/2022
3rd National Lok Adalat - 13/08/2022
4th National Lok Adalat - 12/11/2022
The following types of cases (pre-litigation and pending) may be taken up for settlement in the aforesaid National Lok Adalats
- Bank Recovery Cases
- Criminal Compoundable Cases
- Electricity Bills ( Excluding Non-Compoundable)
- Labour Dispute Cases
- Land Acquisition case
- MACT Cases
- Matrimonial Cases
- Water Bills
- Revenue Matter
The Advocates and Parties / Litigants are hereby informed to remain present before the respective Panels before whom their cases / matters are listed and cooperate them by scrupulously following all precautionary measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 virus, as per the guidelines issued by Hon'ble High Court, Government of India and Maharashtra.
