In a significant development, Advocate Bishwajit Dubey has been appointed as the Additional Advocate General, Chattisgarh to represent the state before the Supreme Court of India.
Bishwajit Dubey was earlier a Partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas from the year 2015 till 2023. He specialises in insolvency, debt recovery, product liability, infrastructure, corporate commercial, contractual, intellectual property and white collar crime practice.
Bishwajit Dubey completed his law degree from National Law Institute University (Bhopal) in the year 2004. He has over 19 years of experience in Dispute Resolution.
