The President of India has assented to the appointment of Advocate Ajit Kumar, to be a Judge of Patna High Court.
The notification issued by the Law Ministry notifies that “In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Ajit Kumar, to be a Judge of the Patna High Court with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.”
