2. Mr. V.K. Kohli, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Mr. Vikas Kumar Guglani, learned counsel for the respondent no.1.

3. Mr. Tarun Lakhera, learned B.H. for the State/respondent nos.2 and 3.

4. Mr. Shobhit Saharia, learned counsel for respondent no.4.

5. There is no representation for respondent no.5.

6. Misc. Application (IA No.2 of 2025) is allowed. Counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no.1 is taken on record.

7. Misc. Application (IA No.3 of 2025) is allowed. Counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no.5 is taken on record.

8. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted four weeks' time for filing rejoinder affidavit to the counter affidavit(s) filed by respondent nos.1 and 5.

9. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the counter affidavit of respondent nos.2 to 4 is also required.

10. However learned counsel for respondent no.4 submits that he does not want to file counter affidavit as of now as on merits he has nothing to say and he has been impleaded as party-respondent, in the matter, only for the purpose that investigation, if any to be conducted by him.

11. Learned counsel for the State/respondent nos.2 and 3 prays for and is granted four weeks' time for filing counter affidavit.
